Preparation

Start from frozen vegetables and cook to a minimum temperature of 75ºC (165ºF). Cooking time may vary depending on the type of appliance used. For best results, pierce vegetables with fork to check desired texture.Do not refreeze thawed product. If thawed, cook immediately.

For 1 bag:

Combi oven :

1. Preheat the industrial oven (rational type) to reach 400°F/ 0% humidity.

2. Pour the content of the bag into a non-perforated cooking tray. 

Add ½ cup ( 120mL) of vegetable broth, 1 tbsp (15 mL) of peanut butter and 1 tsp (5 mL) of sesame oil, mix well and cover the cooking tray with a lid. 

3. Cook 9 to 10 minutes*  or until the pasta has reached the desired texture and temperature. Stir well halfway through cooking to coat all the pasta with sauce. 

4. Pour into a serving dish.

 

For 2 bags:

Combi oven :

1. Preheat the industrial oven (rational type) to reach 400°F/ 0% humidity.

2. Pour the content of the bag into a non-perforated cooking tray. 

Add ⅔ cup ( 160mL) of vegetable broth, 2 tbsp (30 mL) of peanut butter and 2 tsp (10 mL) of sesame oil, mix well and cover the cooking tray with a lid. 

3. Cook 12 to 13 minutes*  or until the pasta has reached the desired texture and temperature. Stir well halfway through cooking to coat all the pasta with sauce. 

4. Pour into a serving dish.


For 3 bags:

Combi oven :

1. Preheat the industrial oven (rational type) to reach 400°F/ 0% humidity.

2. Pour the content of the bag into a non-perforated cooking tray. 

Add ¾ cup (185 mL) of vegetable broth, 3 tbsp (45 mL) of peanut butter and 3 tsp (15 mL) of sesame oil, mix well and cover the cooking tray with a lid. 

3. Cook 23 to 25 minutes*  or until the pasta has reached the desired texture and temperature. Stir well halfway through cooking to coat all the pasta with sauce. 

4. Pour into a serving dish.

Add ¾ cup (185 mL) of vegetable broth, 3 tbsp (45 mL) of peanut butter and 3 tsp (15 mL) of sesame oil, mix well and cover the cooking tray with a lid.

3. Cook 28 to 30 minutes*  or until the pasta has reached the desired texture and temperature. Stir well halfway through cooking to coat all the pasta with sauce. 

4. Pour into a serving dish.
