Ingredients

First group:

Second group:

  • 600 ml of chicken broth
  • 10 L of water
  • 500 g of pearl barley, rinsed in cold water

Third group:

  • 2 X 2,84 L of diced tomatoes
  • 800 ml of condensed tomato soup
  • 1,5 X 2,84 L of Arctic Gardens 6 Bean Salad , drained and rinsed
  • 15 ml of dried basil
  • 25 ml of ground cumin
  • 2 ml of Tabasco sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat oil and sauté first group of ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Add all ingredients from the second group and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes and add ingredients from the third group.
  4. Continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Serve.
